Hi, I’m Ashley Boley — a proud mother of three, military wife, and bilingual Realtor® serving the vibrant community of Minot, North Dakota. Fluent in Spanish and English, I love helping clients from all walks of life feel understood, supported, and truly at home from the very beginning.

I’ve been in real estate for 7 years, and during that time, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about contracts and closings — it’s about people. Growing up in a Hispanic family, I was taught to stay humble and to always put family first. Those same values guide how I serve my clients today. I’m patient, kind, and detail-oriented, and I strive to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

As an Air Force spouse, I know what it’s like to pack up and start fresh in a new community. That’s why I specialize in helping military families.
