About Josh

Josh’s real estate career was inspired by his personal experience navigating a short sale on his personal home during the 2009 recession. Like many Americans, his family was directly impacted, and with the help of a trusted REALTOR®, he successfully navigated a challenging transaction. That experience motivated Josh to pursue a career in real estate so he could help others confidently navigate the home buying and selling process.
Before entering real estate in 2011, Josh built a diverse professional background that includes operating a landscape company, owning and operating independent coffee shops in San Diego known as The Bean Box, and spending years as a drummer in a rock band. These experiences shaped his strong work ethic, business acumen, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
A Moorhead native, Josh returned to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 2012 after living in California for 16 years. He is an Associate Broker with NextHome Legendary Properties and serves as the Manager of the Fargo office. Licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota, Josh proudly serves Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding communities.
Josh earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 2018, was nominated for REALTOR® of the Year by the Fargo-Moorhead Association of REALTORS® in 2021, and received the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation in 2024.
